The high-density polyethylene protection layer is arranged between the exterior of the floating body and the inner wall of the protection shell, and the high-density polyethylene protection layer is high in stretchability and creep property, small in permeability to water vapor and air, low in water absorption and capable of adapting to thermal expansion and cold contraction of the polyurethane floating body.
