The invention discloses a variable structure composite drag reduction surface based on a bionic drag reduction structure and a preparation method, the variable structure composite drag reduction surface comprises a rigid substrate, a plurality of ribs are uniformly arranged on the rigid substrate, a flexible deformation layer is arranged on the surfaces of the ribs, and a hydrophobic slippage layer is arranged on the flexible deformation layer. A fluid medium filling layer is formed among the rigid substrate, the ribs and the flexible deformation layer, and the fluid medium filling layer is a cavity; the sections of the flexible deformation layer and the hydrophobic slippage layer are spanwise sine wave-shaped grooves imitating dolphin; the top of each rib is provided with a metal electrolytic layer used for fixing the hydrophobic slippage layer and the flexible deformation layer. The volume of the fluid medium layer can be controlled to enable the flexible deformation layer to generate structural deformation adapting to the current flow field environment, the hydrophobic slippage layer can amplify the drag reduction effect of the bionic structure, and the metal electrolysis layer can electrolyze at the rib to generate microbubbles to disperse a stress concentration area. The composite anti-drag surface can greatly reduce the frictional resistance of the surface of the underwater vehicle, and has a wide application prospect.

    本发明公开了一种基于仿生减阻结构的可变构复合减阻表面及制备方法,包括刚性基底,刚性基底上均匀设置有若干肋条,若干肋条表面设置柔性变形层,柔性变形层上设置疏水滑移层,刚性基底、肋条与柔性变形层之间形成流体介质填充层,流体介质填充层为空腔;柔性变形层,柔性变形层和疏水滑移层的截面为仿海豚的展向正弦波状沟槽;每个肋条的顶部设置有用于将疏水滑移层与柔性变形层固定的金属电解层。可控制流体介质层体积使柔性变形层发生适应于当前流场环境的结构变形,疏水滑移层能放大仿生结构的减阻效果,金属电解层可在肋条处电解产生微气泡冲散应力集中区域。该复合减阻表面能极大的降低水下航行器表面的摩擦阻力,具有广阔的应用前景。
