An uncontrolled parking device comprises a pair of brake rails (1), a plurality of pairs of support arm assemblies (5) capable of storing energy and a bottom beam assembly (4) used for limiting the support arm assemblies (5) between stock rails, each pair of support arm assemblies (5) act in an action plane vertical to the stock rails, and the brake rails (1) are fixed to the outer sides of the corresponding support arm assemblies (5) respectively. In the non-load state, the distance between the braking faces (1-2) of the braking rail (1) is larger than the distance between the inner sides of wheels, and the technical key point is that in the load state, the energy storage mechanism is extruded, outputs counter-acting force outwards and generates friction force.
