The calculation unit displays a first display image for starting the vehicle on a terminal screen of the information terminal, starts the vehicle and starts charging control on the basis of an operation of a user on the first display image, and displays a second display image for receiving an action plan for movement control on the terminal screen as the vehicle is started. An action plan is accepted on the basis of an operation of a user on the second display image, after the action plan is accepted, if the progress state of the charging control does not reach a predetermined state, a third display image indicating the progress state is displayed on the terminal screen, and if the progress state reaches the predetermined state, a second display image indicating the progress state is displayed on the terminal screen. The third display image is not displayed on the terminal screen, or the third display image is displayed on the terminal screen in a manner that the third display image is not conspicuous compared with the condition that the progress state does not reach the specified state.
