The invention provides a vehicle charging method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, the method is applied to the field of hybrid vehicle charging, and the method comprises the steps that under the condition that the remaining electric quantity of a power battery of the vehicle is smaller than the preset electric quantity, the running state of the vehicle is obtained, and the running state is used for representing whether the vehicle is running or not; target working parameters of the vehicle engine are determined according to the running state and the remaining electric quantity, and the target working parameters are working parameters when the engine charges a power battery; and controlling the engine to operate according to the target working parameters so as to charge the power battery. According to the method, the power battery can be charged through the engine based on the state of the vehicle under the condition that the residual electric quantity of the vehicle power battery is insufficient, so that the charging process of the power battery is more efficient, simpler and more convenient, and the charging efficiency of the power battery is improved.
