The invention discloses a dynamic power distribution method and device for a fuel cell vehicle, and belongs to the field of fuel cell vehicle energy control. The dynamic power distribution method for the fuel cell vehicle comprises the following steps: acquiring a battery charge state value of a power battery and performing interval division; calculating according to the working condition mileage data, the altitude difference data and the slope angle data to obtain a first required power of the fuel cell vehicle, and updating the required power according to a state interval of a power battery to obtain a second required power of the fuel cell vehicle; and updating the required power of the fuel cell vehicle by combining with the state interval of the power cell, and finally distributing the power through a fuel cell output table. Through the data closely related to the actual road working condition and the state interval of the power battery, the power required by the fuel cell vehicle is optimized and regulated, so that the obtained power required by the fuel cell vehicle is more accurate and better conforms to the actual road working condition.
