The lock tongues are connected with a vehicle body of the electric vehicle and are arranged in the circumferential direction to form a locking channel for the lock shaft to penetrate through, the lock tongues are arranged in a telescopic mode, the upper surfaces of the lock tongues are provided with limiting faces, one end of the lock shaft is provided with a limiting part, and when the limiting part penetrates through the locking channel to a locking position, the limiting faces are located on the limiting faces. And the limiting surface bears the limiting part to realize locking. The method has the effect of improving the safety and reliability of battery replacement of the electric vehicle.
