The invention relates to the technical field of automobile environment control systems, and discloses an energy-saving type heavy truck refrigerating system which comprises an electromagnetic clutch, an output shaft of the electromagnetic clutch is fixedly sleeved with a compressor, the compressor comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, and the air inlet of the compressor is fixedly connected with a cold discharge mechanism through a low-pressure air conveying pipe; an air outlet of the compressor is connected with a refrigerating mechanism through a high-pressure air conveying pipe, one side of the top of the refrigerating mechanism is fixedly connected with a low-pressure liquid conveying pipe, the low-pressure liquid conveying pipe is fixedly connected with a drying mechanism and an expansion valve in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with one side of a cold discharging mechanism, and an energy-saving mechanism located in the automobile is installed at the bottom of the compressor; by arranging the energy-saving mechanism, after refrigerant gas is pressurized and heated, one part of high-temperature and high-pressure gas is guided into the refrigeration mechanism through the high-pressure gas conveying pipe to be condensed, the other part of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas is guided into the driving turbine through the high-pressure gas conveying auxiliary pipe, then power is generated through the power generator, and energy is saved.

    本发明涉及汽车环境控制系统技术领域,且公开了一种节能型重型卡车制冷系统,包括电磁离合器,电磁离合器的输出轴固定套接有压缩机,压缩机包括进气口和出气口,压缩机的进气口通过低压输气管固定连接有排冷机构,压缩机的出气口通过高压输气管连接有制冷机构,制冷机构顶部的一侧固定连接有低压输液管,低压输液管分别与干燥机构和膨胀阀进行固定套接且同排冷机构的一侧进行固定连接,压缩机的底部安装有位于汽车内部的节能机构;本发明通过设有节能机构,有利于制冷剂气体进行增压增温后,一部分高温高压气体通过高压输气管导入制冷机构进行冷凝,另一部分则通过高压输气副管导入驱动涡轮,后通过发电机发电,节约了能源。
