The invention relates to the technical field of power maintenance, and discloses an airborne electrified spraying device and method, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a power line image; determining the fault position of the fault equipment; spraying equipment is carried on the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly according to the determined spraying route until the distance between the unmanned aerial vehicle and the identified fault position is within a preset threshold range; spraying is conducted on the fault position through spraying equipment, a sprayed coating surface image is obtained in real time, and environmental factor information is detected in real time; extracting detection information of the coating quality according to the surface image of the sprayed coating; the detection information of the coating quality and the detected environmental factor information are input into a pre-constructed spraying speed and quality relation model, and the current optimal spraying speed is predicted; and the flight speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle is adjusted according to the optimal spraying speed. According to the method, the spraying speed is accurately controlled, the coating quality is controlled, and the situation that the insulation repairing effect on the power equipment is affected due to the fact that the quality of the sprayed coating does not reach the standard is avoided.

    本发明涉及电力维护技术领域,公开了一种机载式带电喷涂装置及方法,方法包括:获取电力线路图像;确定故障设备的故障位置;在无人机上搭载喷涂设备按照确定的喷涂航线飞行,直至无人机与识别的故障位置之间的距离在预设的阈值范围内;通过喷涂设备向故障位置处进行喷涂,实时获取喷涂涂层表面图像,并实时检测环境因素信息;根据喷涂涂层表面图像提取涂层质量的检测信息;将涂层质量的检测信息与检测的环境因素信息输入至预先构建的喷涂速度与质量关系模型中,预测出当前的最佳喷涂速度;根据最佳喷涂速度调节无人机的飞行速度。本发明对喷涂速度精确控制,对涂层质量进行把控,避免喷涂涂层质量不达标而影响对电力设备的绝缘修复效果。
