A first positive electrode contact ring and a first negative electrode contact ring which are used for charging the unmanned aerial vehicle are arranged at the bottom end of the water tank; the tail end of the water pipe is provided with a cleaning nozzle through a screwed joint, and an atomizing sprinkler head and a first electric control one-way valve are arranged at the lower end of the cleaning nozzle. The device adopts a mode without external power, the effect of efficient, automatic and rapid cleaning of the solar panel is achieved, water replenishing and charging are automatically completed through an unmanned aerial vehicle under program control, after the unmanned aerial vehicle is in butt joint with a cleaning machine device, self-propelled wheels are driven to walk through water pressure, and water flowing out of the self-propelled wheels cleans the solar panel through water injection nozzles.
本发明提供了一种自补水式光伏清洗设备、清洗机及方法,包括无人机,无人机的下方悬挂有用于储水的水箱;水箱的内部安装有清洗水泵,清洗水泵出口连通安装有用于补水或出水的水管;水箱的底端设置有用于给无人机进行充电的第一正极触点环和第一负极触点环;水管的末端通过螺纹接头安装有清洗嘴,清洗嘴下方端部布置了雾化喷水头和第一电控单向阀。此设备采用无外部动力的方式,达到了太阳能板的高效化、自动化、快速清理的效果,通过用无人机在程序操控下自动完成补水和充电,再与清洗机装置对接后,通过水压驱动自行轮行走,从自行轮流出的水再通过喷水口对太阳能板进行清洗。
