The invention relates to a highway traffic state dynamic estimation method based on ETC data, and the method comprises the following steps: taking a road section between adjacent portals as a research unit according to the spatial position of the ETC portals of a highway; acquiring ETC data of the current time period and the historical time when the adjacent portal A-B of the expressway is continuously passed; determining a sampling period, analyzing and researching the historical moments of the road section, and cleaning the data; counting free flow travel time t1 of the research road section at historical moments; and calculating the travel time t2 of the current moment of the research road section and the travel time ratio TTI = t2/t1, and determining the traffic state. According to the invention, the data basis is based on the ETC gantry system widely existing on the expressway, and the method is easy to implement and popularize; the influence of weather conditions, service areas in road sections and highway access ramps on traffic flow data statistics is considered, the interference of abnormal values is eliminated, and the accuracy of traffic state recognition is further improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于ETC数据的高速公路交通状态动态估计方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:根据高速公路ETC门架的空间位置,以相邻门架之间的路段作为研究单元;获取连续通过高速公路相邻门架A‑B的当前时段以及历史时刻的ETC数据;确定采样周期,分析研究路段的历史时刻的对数据进行清洗;统计研究路段历史时刻的自由流通行时间t1;计算研究路段当前时刻的行程时间t2,以及行程时间比TTI=t2/t1,并对交通状态进行确定。本发明中数据基础是依据在高速公路上广泛存在的ETC门架系统,具有易实现和易推广的优势;考虑了天气状况、路段中服务区、高速公路出入匝道对交通流量数据统计的影响,剔除了异常值的干扰,进而提高对交通状态识别的精度。
