The invention belongs to the technical field of hanger pipe machines, and particularly relates to a rain sewage pipeline sliding installation hanger pipe machine which comprises two sets of sliding rails and a pipeline hoisting assembly. A plurality of groups of reinforcing ribs are fixedly connected between one side walls of the two groups of sliding rails, are arranged at equal intervals by taking one ends of the sliding rails as starting points and are welded at the bottom of a steel sheet pile enclosing purlin through the two groups of sliding rails, and the two groups of welded sliding rails are used as channels of a conveying pipeline hoisting assembly; the pipeline hoisting assembly is used for installing the pipeline hoisting equipment, a pipeline main body at the bottom can be grabbed in the sliding process of the pipeline hoisting assembly, a motor is remotely controlled to drive the pipeline hoisting assembly to advance towards a pipeline installation position, and after the pipeline hoisting assembly reaches the installation position, the pipeline main body is lowered for precise butt joint, so that the pipe suspension assembly efficiency is improved, and the use of joints is reduced; therefore, the engineering quality is improved, the construction speed is increased, the use amount of joint materials is reduced, and resources are saved.
