According to the large-flow pneumatic control valve, an air inlet hole is formed in the upper face of a valve body, an air outlet hole is formed in the lower surface of the valve body, an exhaust hole is formed in the rear surface of the valve body, a transverse airflow groove is formed in the valve body, a vertical moving groove is formed in the inner surface of the valve body, and an ejector rod is slidably connected to the inner surface of the moving groove; the middle of the ejector rod is of a hollow structure, a circular rubber ring is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the ejector rod, a piston piece is fixedly connected to the rear end face of the circular rubber ring fixedly connected to the outer surface of the circular rubber ring, and stable performance can be provided under different air pressure conditions through matched use of the valve body, the piston piece, the circular rubber ring and the ejector rod; the low-pressure starting function is achieved, normal operation can be achieved when the air pressure is as low as 0.1 mpa, in addition, the product is simple in structure and low in cost, the simple structure means that the maintenance and repair cost is low, and due to the fact that the number of parts is small, maintenance is easier.

    本发明公开了一种大流量气控阀,其包括:阀体的上面设置有进气孔,阀体的下表面设置有出气孔,阀体的后表面设置有排气孔,阀体的内部设置有横向气流槽,阀体的内表面设置有竖向移动槽,移动槽的内表面滑动连接有顶杆,顶杆的中部为镂空结构,顶杆的外表面固定连接有圆形橡胶圈,圆形橡胶圈的外表面固定连接有圆形橡胶圈的后端面固定连接有活塞片,通过阀体、活塞片、圆形橡胶圈和顶杆的配合使用能够在不同的气压条件下提供稳定的性能,实现低压启动功能气压低至0.1mpa都可打开正常运行,此外产品构造简单成本低,简单的构造意味着维护和维修成本较低,因为零部件较少且更容易维护。
