A balance valve group comprises a parallel balance valve A, a first single balance valve, a first stop valve and a second single balance valve, wherein the first single balance valve and the first stop valve are arranged in a first internal oil way in a parallel connection mode, and the second single balance valve is arranged in a first bypass oil way; the first bypass oil way is connected to oil ports in the two ends of the first internal oil way in parallel. The parallel balance valve B comprises a third single balance valve, a second stop valve and a fourth single balance valve, the third single balance valve and the second stop valve are arranged in a second internal oil way in parallel, the fourth single balance valve is arranged in a second bypass oil way, and the second bypass oil way is connected to oil ports in the two ends of the second internal oil way in parallel; in the balance valve set, the first internal oil way and the second internal oil way are independent of each other, the control ratio of the second single balance valve is larger than that of the first single balance valve, and the control ratio of the third single balance valve is larger than that of the fourth single balance valve. By detecting the real-time position of the oil cylinder and selecting the single balance valve with the proper control ratio, the operation stability and low energy consumption of the oil cylinder can be considered.
