The automatic climbing hoisting mechanical equipment comprises a machine body, an upper holding clamp, a lower holding clamp and a hydraulic suspension arm, two semicircular rings are symmetrically arranged on the outer side wall of the upper holding clamp, the same side cavity groove is formed in the inner surfaces of the two semicircular rings, and a plurality of wiping sponge layers are movably arranged on the inner wall of the side cavity groove; a plurality of middle air blowing covers and a tail end air blowing cover are fixed to the upper end faces of the two semicircular rings, cavities are formed in the middle air blowing covers and the tail end air blowing cover, and a plurality of air outlet holes communicating with the cavities are formed in the positions, close to the tail ends, of the lower end faces of the middle air blowing covers and the tail end air blowing cover; the semicircular ring is provided with a blowing assembly used in cooperation with the middle blowing cover and the tail end blowing cover, and the semicircular ring is further provided with a scraping assembly. In the using process, floating ash and other impurities existing on the surface of the tower drum can be cleaned up through the arranged wiping sponge layer, and the stability of the equipment in the using process is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种自动爬升的起重机械设备,包括机干、上抱钳、下抱钳和液压吊臂,上抱钳的外侧壁上对称设置有两个半圆环,两个半圆环的内表面开设有同一个侧腔槽,侧腔槽的内壁上活动设置有多个擦拭海绵层,两个半圆环的上端面固定有多个中间吹气罩和一个末端吹气罩,中间吹气罩和末端吹气罩内均开设有空腔,中间吹气罩和末端吹气罩的下端面且靠近末端位置均开设有多个与空腔连通的出风孔,半圆环上设置有配合中间吹气罩和末端吹气罩使用的吹气组件,半圆环上还设置有刮蹭组件;本发明在使用的过程中,通过设置的擦拭海绵层,可将塔筒表面上存在的浮灰等杂质清理干净,保证该设备在使用过程中的稳定性。
