The invention discloses a hoisting method of a rolling mill housing, which comprises the following steps: unloading the housing, hoisting the rear end of the housing away from a bearing panel for bearing the housing, placing a connecting lug positioned at the rear end of the housing on a temporary support, and hoisting the front end of the housing away from the bearing panel; a first transfer fulcrum is arranged at the bottom of the rear end of the transfer memorial archway; the front end of the memorial archway is hoisted, and the rear end of the memorial archway rotates around the first transfer fulcrum until the front end of the memorial archway moves to the second transfer fulcrum; the rear end of the memorial archway is hoisted, so that the memorial archway rotates around the second transfer fulcrum until the rear end of the memorial archway moves to the next transfer fulcrum; the steps are repeated until the rear end of the memorial archway moves to the vertical fulcrum on the base where the memorial archway is installed; and erecting the memorial archway, lifting the front end of the memorial archway, and enabling the memorial archway to rotate by taking the vertical fulcrum as a rotating point until the memorial archway is erected on the base. A plurality of transfer fulcrums are adopted, so that the hoisting operation is more convenient, high in efficiency and low in cost.

    本发明公开了一种轧机牌坊的吊装方法,包括如下步骤:卸载牌坊,先将牌坊的后端吊离承载牌坊的承载面板,使位于牌坊的后端的连接耳放置在临时支撑上,再将牌坊的前端吊离承载面板;转运牌坊,在牌坊的后端的底部设置第一转运支点;将牌坊的前端吊起,使牌坊的后端围绕第一转运支点做回转运动,直至牌坊的前端移动到第二转运支点;将牌坊的后端吊起,使牌坊围绕第二转运支点做回转运动,直至牌坊的后端移动到下一转运支点;重复上述步骤,直至牌坊的后端移动至安装牌坊的底座上的竖立支点;竖立牌坊,提升牌坊的前端,使牌坊以竖立支点为旋转点进行旋转,直至牌坊直立于底座。本发明采用多个转运支点,使吊装操作更加方便,高效率,低成本。
