The invention provides a humpback-whale-imitating fin stabilizer structure and a ship with the same, and belongs to the field of auxiliary machines for ships. The problem that the rolling improvement capacity of a traditional fin stabilizer is limited is solved. A humpback whale-imitating fin stabilizer structure comprises a fin stabilizer blade which is integrally in a streamline shape and comprises an upper edge and a lower edge which are arranged in a mirror image mode; and the plurality of protruding knots are continuously and uniformly arranged at the front ends of the fin blades of the fin stabilizer. The device is mainly used for reducing the rolling phenomenon of the hull.
