The invention discloses a hydraulic launching device of an underwater vehicle and a working method of the hydraulic launching device. The hydraulic launching device comprises an offshore platform, a platform stabilizing mechanism, a bathyscaph launching tube, an automatic releasing clamp and a vortex forming mechanism. The offshore platform comprises a platform deck, a hoisting assembly and a lower floating body assembly, the hoisting assembly is installed on the upper surface of the platform deck, a through opening is formed in the middle of the platform deck, the bathyscaph launching tube is arranged downwards from the through opening and connected with the platform deck, and the lower floating body assembly is installed at the bottom of the platform deck and surrounds the bathyscaph launching tube. The automatic releasing clamp is connected with the hoisting assembly and matched with a bathyscaph launching tube, the automatic releasing clamp is used for clamping a bathyscaph, and the platform stabilizing mechanism comprises a plurality of platform floating body stabilizing pieces which are installed on the upper surface of the platform deck at intervals in the circumferential direction. According to the invention, the diving efficiency of the bathyscaph can be improved, and the joint interference of unknown wind, wave and flow when the bathyscaph runs in two different environment media can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种水下航行器的水力发射装置及其工作方法,装置包括海上平台、平台稳定机构、深潜器发射管、自动释放夹具、漩涡形成机构;海上平台包括平台甲板、起重组件、下浮体组件,起重组件安装于平台甲板上表面,平台甲板的中部设有通口,深潜器发射管自通口处向下设置并与平台甲板连接,下浮体组件安装于平台甲板底部并包围深潜器发射管,自动释放夹具与起重组件连接并与深潜器发射管配合,自动释放夹具用于夹持深潜器,平台稳定机构包括多个平台浮体稳定件,在平台甲板的上表面呈周向间隔安装。本发明可以提高深潜器的下潜效率,可以减小在两种截然不同的环境介质中运行时,会受到未知的风、浪、流的联合干扰。
