The invention provides a vehicle wireless charging control method and device and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The method comprises the steps that if it is detected that a vehicle is in a running state and the current state of a battery in the vehicle is in a wireless charging state, the current temperature of the battery is obtained; determining the energy consumption required for reducing the temperature of the battery from the current temperature to the target temperature; if the needed energy consumption is larger than the charging capacity of the battery, the current state of the battery is controlled to be a non-wireless charging state, and the charging capacity is used for representing the electric quantity increased by the battery through wireless charging in the process that the current temperature is reduced to the target temperature. According to the invention, the service life of the battery in the vehicle can be prolonged during the running of the vehicle and the wireless charging process.
