The invention discloses a motor torque zero-crossing response control strategy for an electric vehicle, which is characterized in that a torque zero-crossing interval [-Tmax, Tmax] is preset, a curve image of an exponential function y = ax is used for approaching a change curve of torque in the zero-crossing interval, and the change of the torque in the zero-crossing interval can be controlled only by adjusting a parameter a; the strategy not only reduces the torque debugging time in the zero-crossing stage, but also enables the motor torque in the zero-crossing stage to be in a gentle change state, can weaken the instantaneous rotating speed fluctuation during the switching of the positive and negative torques of the motor, improves the running smoothness of the vehicle, and is beneficial to reducing the wear of the motor.

    本申请公开了一种用于电动汽车的电机扭矩过零响应控制策略,通过预设扭矩过零区间[‑Tmax,Tmax],用指数函数y=ax的曲线图像来逼近扭矩在过零区间的变化曲线,只需要调节一个参数a就能控制扭矩在过零区间的变化;该策略不仅减少了过零阶段扭矩调试的时间并且使得过零阶段电机扭矩处于一种平缓的变化状态,能够减弱电机正负扭矩切换时的瞬时转速波动,提高了车辆运转的平顺性,有利于减少电机的磨损。
