The invention relates to the technical field of hydrogen fuel cells, in particular to a hydrogen leakage point monitoring and positioning method and device for a fuel cell heavy truck, and the method comprises the steps: arranging a hydrogen concentration detection probe near a position where hydrogen leakage is liable to occur, and monitoring parameters such as hydrogen leakage concentration, wind speed, temperature, humidity and air pressure through a plurality of sensors; the detection data is transmitted to a hydrogen leakage point positioning system for data analysis by using a wireless data transmission technology, and a hydrogen leakage point is positioned by combining a Gaussian plume model based on a weighted centroid algorithm, a nonlinear least square method and a BP artificial neural network technology; the purposes of monitoring the hydrogen leakage condition in real time and accurately positioning the hydrogen leakage point are achieved. According to the method, the hydrogen leakage condition can be monitored in real time, the position information of the hydrogen leakage point can be timely, efficiently, rapidly and accurately given, and the safety of personnel and vehicles is guaranteed to a greater extent.
