The invention discloses a multi-station joint debugging intelligent drainage control method which is characterized in that an acquisition device, a control center and a drainage system are included, the acquisition device is composed of a real-time water level data acquisition module and an information transmission device, and the drainage system comprises a drainage pump, an energy supply device and an energy storage device. The energy supply device is connected with the single drainage pump and is used for providing electric energy for the drainage pump; the energy storage device is respectively connected with the single drainage pump and the energy supply device and is used for storing the electric energy of the energy supply device and providing the electric energy for the drainage pump; the control center is connected with the collecting device and the drainage system and connected with the multiple drainage pumps in the drainage system, the energy supply device and the energy storage device.
