The invention discloses an underwater concrete repairing device, an underwater robot and a using method thereof.The underwater concrete repairing device comprises a material storing and conveying mechanism, an output mechanism and at least one material storing and stirring mechanism, and the material storing and conveying mechanism and the output mechanism are both connected with the material storing and stirring mechanism; one of the material storing and conveying mechanism and the material storing and stirring mechanism is filled with a curing agent, the other one is filled with a base material, and the material storing and conveying mechanism can convey materials in the material storing and conveying mechanism into the material storing and stirring mechanism and mix the materials with the materials in the material storing and stirring mechanism to form a repairing material; the material storing and stirring mechanism can stir the repairing material, and the output mechanism can output the stirred repairing material from the material storing and stirring mechanism. The repairing material can be prevented from being cured before output, the repairing material has enough time for pouring, the repairing quality is improved, and the situation that equipment cannot be continuously used due to the fact that the repairing material is cured in advance is avoided.

    本发明公开一种水下混凝土修补装置、水下机器人及其使用方法,水下混凝土修补装置包括物料存储输送机构、输出机构及至少一个物料存储搅拌机构,物料存储输送机构和输出机构均与物料存储搅拌机构连接,物料存储输送机构和物料存储搅拌机构的其中一个装有固化剂,另一个装有基料,物料存储输送机构能将其内部的物料输送至物料存储搅拌机构内部,并与物料存储搅拌机构内部的物料混合形成修补材料,物料存储搅拌机构能对修补材料进行搅拌,输出机构能将搅拌后的修补材料从物料存储搅拌机构中输出。能够避免修补材料在输出前固化,使修补材料有足够的时间进行灌注,提高修补质量,也避免修补材料提前固化导致设备无法继续使用。
