The structure for increasing the driving force of the hand strap comprises a base, a rotating disc is installed on the outer surface of the upper end of the base, a clamping column is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the rotating disc, a power disc is installed on the outer surface of the clamping column, a mounting plate is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the base, and a motor is fixedly installed on the outer surface of the base. A magnetic driving mechanism is arranged between the base and the mounting plate and is used for increasing the driving force of the power disc to the hand strap body and reducing the abrasion of the contact surface of the hand strap body and the power disc. According to the structure for increasing the driving force of the hand strap, the hand strap body is assisted to move under the combined action of attraction and repulsion acting force of the electromagnet and the pressure magnet in the surface of the hand strap body, so that the hand strap body can keep stable friction connection with the power disc in the rotating process of the power disc without sliding; and potential safety hazards caused by unstable running speed of the hand strap to running of the escalator are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种增加扶手带驱动力的结构,包括基座,所述基座的上端外表面安装有转盘,且转盘的侧表面固定设置有卡接柱,所述卡接柱的外表面安装有动力盘,所述基座的外表面固定安装有安装板,且基座的外表面固定安装有电机,所述基座和安装板之间设置有磁力驱动机构,用于增加动力盘对扶手带体的驱动力并降低扶手带体与动力盘接触面的磨损。该增加扶手带驱动力的结构,通过电磁铁与扶手带体表面内部的压力磁铁相吸和相斥作用力共同作用下辅助扶手带体移动的方式,使得扶手带体能够在动力盘转动过程中与动力盘之间保持稳定摩擦连接而不会滑动,避免扶手带的运行速度不稳定对扶梯运行造成安全隐患。
