The invention discloses a rail surface light band disease real-time detection device and method, and belongs to the field of rail surface detection of rail traffic. The device specifically comprises a high-speed linear array camera, a light supplementing lamp unit, an AI module, an industrial personal computer synchronization unit and an upper computer unit. The method specifically comprises the steps that the high-speed line-scan digital camera continuously shoots at a high speed under the light supplementing lamp unit and captures detail images of the surface of the steel rail; then, the industrial personal computer synchronization unit synchronously acquires image data of the high-speed linear array camera and transmits the image data to the AI module in real time; the AI module analyzes images collected by the high-speed linear array camera in real time by using a deep learning algorithm, identifies rail surface diseases, and transmits a detection result to the upper computer unit through the industrial personal computer synchronization unit; and finally, the upper computer unit performs data post-processing on a detection result, optimizes an analysis result and generates a final analysis report. The invention provides more efficient and accurate track disease real-time detection.

    本发明公开了一种轨面光带病害实时检测装置与方法,属于轨道交通的轨面检测领域;装置具体包括:高速线阵相机,补光灯单元,AI模块,工控机同步单元和上位机单元;方法具体为:所述高速线阵相机在补光灯单元下高速连续拍摄,捕捉钢轨表面的细节图像;然后,工控机同步单元同步采集高速线阵相机的图像数据,并实时传输给AI模块;AI模块利用深度学习算法对高速线阵相机采集的图像进行实时分析,识别轨面病害,并将检测结果通过工控机同步单元传输到上位机单元;最后,上位机单元对检测结果进行数据后处理,优化分析结果,生成最终的分析报告。本发明提供了更高效、准确的轨道病害实时检测。
