The invention provides a rail transit air conditioner and a rail vehicle, and relates to the technical field of air conditioning equipment, the rail transit air conditioner comprises at least two air conditioning loops, and each air conditioning loop comprises a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a throttling part and an indoor heat exchanger which are sequentially and circularly communicated; the at least two air-conditioning loops comprise a first air-conditioning loop and a second air-conditioning loop, and an indoor heat exchanger of the first air-conditioning loop and an indoor heat exchanger of the second air-conditioning loop sequentially exchange heat in the air inlet direction of a compartment of the railway vehicle, so that airflow entering the compartment is cooled and dehumidified by the indoor heat exchanger of the first air-conditioning loop; and the air is heated by an indoor heat exchanger of the second air-conditioning loop. According to the rail transit air conditioner and the rail vehicle, the temperature in the vehicle can be accurately controlled while dehumidification is conducted, and the comfort of a human body is improved.

    本发明提供一种轨道交通空调及轨道车辆,涉及空调设备技术领域,轨道交通空调包括至少两个空调回路,各空调回路包括依次循环连通的压缩机、室外换热器、节流部件与室内换热器;至少两个空调回路包括第一空调回路和第二空调回路,第一空调回路的室内换热器和第二空调回路的室内换热器沿轨道车辆的车厢进风方向依次换热,以使进入车厢的气流被第一空调回路的室内换热器降温除湿后,再被第二空调回路的室内换热器加热。本发明提供一种轨道交通空调及轨道车辆,可以在除湿的同时又能精确控制车内温度,提高人体的舒适性。
