The invention provides a track apparent flaw inspection trolley. The track apparent flaw inspection trolley comprises a track inspection trolley body and an operation sensor system installed on the track inspection trolley body. The operation sensor system comprises an encoder for detecting the driving mileage, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) for measuring and correcting the coordinates of the track inspection trolley body, and a first image acquisition device for acquiring a 3D image of a track structure; the second image acquisition device is used for acquiring a 3D image of the surrounding environment; and the third image acquisition device is used for acquiring a 2D image of the track structure. The track inspection trolley is used for collecting image data of a track structure, track structure space information is accurately obtained, a track apparent damage detection method is combined, qualitative recognition and quantitative measurement of track visual diseases are achieved, key information such as the positions, types and numerical values of the diseases is automatically given, the detection efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved, and the detection cost is reduced. The use cost is low and the industrial practicability is high.

    本发明提供一种轨道表观伤损巡检小车,包括轨道巡检小车本体、安装在所述轨道巡检小车本体上的作业传感器系统;所述作业传感器系统包括用以检测行驶里程的编码器、用以测量并矫正所述轨道巡检小车本体坐标的惯性测量单元IMU、用以采集轨道结构3D图像的第一图像采集装置、用以采集周围环境3D图像的第二图像采集装置以及用以采集轨道结构2D图像的第三图像采集装置。本发明利用所述轨道巡检小车采集轨道结构的图像数据,准确获取轨道结构空间信息,并结合轨道表观伤损检测方法,实现对轨道可视病害的定性识别和定量测量,自动给出病害的位置、类型、数值等关键信息,极大提高检测效率、准确率,使用成本低,工业实用性强。
