The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent driving, in particular to an intelligent driving decision-making system and algorithm based on Sudoku computational logic and algorithm, and the system comprises an intelligent monitoring unit which is used for monitoring the driving area of a driving vehicle in real time and obtaining real-time video monitoring data; the driving decision-making unit is used for acquiring the real-time video monitoring data monitored by the intelligent monitoring unit and determining a driving instruction according to the real-time video monitoring data; and the driving execution unit is used for acquiring the driving instruction determined by the driving decision-making unit and controlling the driving vehicle to drive on the preset driving route according to the driving instruction. According to the invention, by using an advanced algorithm and an artificial intelligence technology, an accurate driving instruction is formulated so as to cope with different driving scenes and traffic conditions.
