The invention relates to the field of rail transit, in particular to a cantilever positioning device for arranging a contact network, a flat cantilever, an inclined cantilever and a positioning pipe are provided with mounting grooves, and two ends of a positioning support and two ends of a cantilever support are inserted into the mounting grooves in the corresponding cantilever pipes to be hinged, so that a part of connecting pieces for connection are omitted; a connecting structure for connection is machined at the end of the inclined cantilever and the end of the positioning pipe, the end of the inclined cantilever is inserted into the flat cantilever installation groove to be hinged to the flat cantilever, and therefore parts for connection arranged at the end of the inclined cantilever and the end of the positioning pipe are omitted, the structure is simplified, and cost is reduced. A carrier cable seat, a connector and a contact line positioning assembly are improved to adapt to a cantilever pipe with a mounting groove.
