The invention discloses a charging system, an electric crane and a control method, and the charging system comprises a battery management system, a vehicle control unit, a motor module, a battery module and a charging module. The battery management system adopts a first controller, and a first relay switch, a second relay switch, a third relay switch, a current sensor, a low-voltage I/O port and a BMS wake-up switch which are connected with the first controller. The charging module adopts a charger, and a fourth relay switch, a fifth relay switch, a cable drum, a diesel generating set, a sixth relay switch and a mains supply connector which are connected with the charger, and the vehicle control unit adopts a second controller, and a seventh relay switch, an eighth relay switch and a storage battery which are connected with the second controller; the first controller is respectively connected with the second controller, the charger and the battery module; the second controller is connected with the first controller and the motor module. According to the invention, electricity supplement is automatically controlled and the electricity supplement operation efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种补电系统、电动起重机及控制方法,补电系统采用电池管理系统、整车控制器、电机模块、电池模组和补电模块,电池管理系统采用第一控制器及与第一控制器相连接的第一继电器开关、第二继电器开关、第三继电器开关、电流传感器、低压I/O口和BMS唤醒开关,补电模块采用充电机及与充电机相连接的第四继电器开关、第五继电器开关、电缆卷筒、柴油发电机组、第六继电器开关和市电接头,整车控制器采用第二控制器及与第二控制器相连接的第七继电器开关、第八继电器开关和蓄电池组,第一控制器分别与第二控制器、充电机和电池模组相连接;第二控制器分别与第一控制器和电机模块相连接。本发明自动控制补电,补电作业效率高。
