The embodiment of the invention provides a charging scheduling method, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: periodically acquiring charging data from a vehicle charged in a charging station; determining the total charging power of the charging station according to the charging data; based on the relation between the charging total power and a regulation and control threshold value, whether ordered charging regulation and control are carried out on charging of the vehicle or not is determined; and in response to determining that orderly charging regulation and control need to be performed on the vehicle, regulating and controlling charging of the vehicle according to the regulation and control parameters output by the regulation and control model. According to the method, the problems of real-time performance and accuracy of ordered charging can be solved, so that reliable operation of the charging station can be ensured based on the method, and the user experience is improved. In addition, according to the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the charging network load can be quickly and effectively reduced in the power utilization peak period.
