Indirect calculation of the actual pitch of the steel wire rope is achieved through the mode of the pre-selection frame and the steel wire rope oscillogram, finally, the depth of the cage is accurately calculated through the combination of the number of newly-added poles on the steel wire rope oscillogram corresponding to the moving image and the actual pitch of the steel wire rope, and accurate detection and positioning of the position of the cage are achieved. The problems that in the shaft overhauling process, the mode that the stroke of a cage is controlled only through a steel wire rope displacement detection device has large errors, and overhauling personnel are difficult to find fault points rapidly and accurately are solved.
