The invention discloses a slewing bearing structure applied to a crane, the slewing bearing structure comprises a slewing supporting table for realizing quick disassembly and assembly of a chassis and a rotary table, the slewing supporting table comprises a U-shaped slewing bearing, the U-shaped slewing bearing is arranged between the chassis and the rotary table, one side of the U-shaped slewing bearing is fixedly connected with the chassis or the rotary table, and the other side of the U-shaped slewing bearing is fixedly connected with the rotary table. The other side of the base plate is connected with the base plate or the rotary table through a U-shaped slewing bearing and at least one circle of pin shaft so as to realize quick disassembly and assembly between the base plate and the rotary table; rolling bodies of the U-shaped slewing bearing are symmetrically arranged around the U-shaped center of the U-shaped slewing bearing; and the pin shaft is operated through a hydraulic device to realize one-key pulling and mounting. The rotary table, the U-shaped slewing bearing and the chassis are connected, the upper vehicle U-shaped slewing bearing adopts a single-lug double-ring piece, the chassis seat ring adopts a double-lug double-ring piece, the upper vehicle U-shaped slewing bearing and the chassis seat ring are matched and connected through a pin shaft, and the hydraulic pin pulling mechanism is adopted, so that the dismounting and mounting requirements of the rotary table and the chassis are quickly met.

    本发明公开了一种应用于起重机的回转支承结构,包括用于实现底盘和转台快速拆装的回转支撑台,所述回转支撑台包括U型回转支承,U型回转支承设置于底盘和转台之间,U型回转支承其一侧与底盘或转台固定连接,另一侧通过U型回转支承和至少一圈销轴与底盘或转台连接以实现底盘与转台之间的快速拆装,U型回转支承的滚动体围绕U型回转支承U型中心对称布置;所述销轴通过液压装置进行操作实现一键拔装。本发明采用转台、U型回转支承及底盘连接形式,上车U型回转支承采用单耳双环形件,底盘座圈采用双耳双环形件,两者配合并通过销轴将二者连接起来,并采用液压拔销机构,快速实现转台与底盘的拆装要求。
