The invention provides a high-precision charging gun cable take-up and pay-off mechanism which comprises a shell, a fixing frame, a moving platform, a platform driving device, a winding piece, a cable and a charging gun head, the bottom of the shell is provided with a power connection potential and a cable outlet hole, the power connection potential and the cable outlet hole are located on the same side of the shell in the length direction, the fixing frame is arranged in the shell, and the moving platform is arranged on the platform driving device. The fixed frame is fixed at the bottom of the shell along the length direction of the shell, and the platform driving device is fixed on the fixed frame, is in transmission connection with the mobile platform, and drives the mobile platform to slide on the fixed frame and be far away from or close to the wire outlet hole and the potential connection position; the wire winding piece is arranged on the mobile platform, one end of the cable is connected with the power connection potential, the other end of the cable is wound around the wire winding piece and then is connected with the charging gun head, and the charging gun head extends out of the wire outlet hole. The charging gun head is simple in structure and high in positioning precision, winding and unwinding of the charging gun head are achieved by pushing and pulling the cable, and the cable is prevented from being excessively wound and deformed.

    本发明提供一种高精度的充电枪线缆收放机构,包括底部设有接电位和出线孔的壳体、固定架、移动平台、平台驱动装置、绕线件、线缆和充电枪头,所述接电位和所述出线孔位于所述壳体沿长度方向的同一侧,所述固定架设于所述壳体内,并沿所述壳体长度方向固定在所述壳体底部,所述平台驱动装置固定在所述固定架上,与所述移动平台传动连接,驱动所述移动平台在所述固定架上滑动,远离或靠近所述出线孔和所述接电位;所述绕线件设于所述移动平台上,所述线缆一端与所述接电位连接,另一端绕过所述绕线件后与所述充电枪头连接,所述充电枪头从所述出线孔中伸出。本申请结构简单,定位精度高,通过推拉线缆的方式实现充电枪头的收放,避免线缆过度卷绕变形。
