According to the method, the compression areas of the resin strips are obtained through the different types of resin strips, the maximum limit deviation value of the flatness of the steel structure is obtained, the limit standard of the Mark III containment system for the flatness of the steel structure is calculated, demonstrated and obtained, construction of the LNG ship applying the Mark III containment system is practically guaranteed, and the flatness control precision of the liquid cargo tank of the LNG ship is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于MarkⅢ围护系统的LNG船液货舱平整度控制方法,该方法具体包括如下步骤:S1,根据MarkⅢ围护系统对LNG船液货舱的钢结构平整度的影响,获取钢结构平整度的最大极限允许偏差值;S2,分段制造阶段,通过对称焊接的方式控制液货舱的内壳板材变形;S3,总组阶段,反变形加放抵消搭载吊装变形,在搭载定位过程中使用机械调整的方式调整内壳整体曲度,完成液货舱平整度控制。本发明通过不同类型的树脂条获取树脂条压缩面积,并获取钢结构平整度最大极限偏差值,计算论证并得到了MarkⅢ围护系统的对钢结构平整度的极限标准,切实保证了应用MarkⅢ围护系统的LNG船的建造,提高了LNG船液货舱平整度控制精度。
