According to the vehicle-mounted instrument control method, the intelligent terminal and the storage medium, the power supply voltage of the vehicle is obtained, and the whole vehicle working mode of the vehicle is determined according to the power supply voltage; the instrument system can map the working mode of each function of the whole vehicle and the working mode of the instrument, so that regular management can be carried out, the complexity and randomness of software are greatly reduced, and the robustness of the system is improved.
