The invention discloses a dynamic monitoring and safety guarantee method for a road construction area. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting real-time vehicle passing data; s2, establishing a vehicle state holographic sensing system, and obtaining vehicle running state data and regional traffic flow running state data; s3, constructing a multi-source heterogeneous data set, and constructing a traffic flow feature analysis model according to the multi-source heterogeneous data set; s4, analyzing the traffic operation characteristics and the spatial and temporal distribution rule of the traffic flow in the influence area; s5, identifying a traffic space-time convergence key path, a congestion bottleneck node and a signal control optimization strategy in the area; s6, formulating a construction area traffic organization strategy; and S7, through an Internet of Things module and Beidou positioning, uploading to a user terminal in real time for alarming. By additionally arranging a Beidou positioning module and an Internet of Things module, end-to-end full-automatic information accurate pushing is achieved, a user is prompted to slow down or bypass through a construction area, the number of passing vehicles in the construction area is reduced, the accident occurrence probability is reduced, and the safety of road operation personnel is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种道路施工区域动态监测及安全保障方法,包括以下步骤:S1,采集实时过车数据;S2,建立车辆状态全息感知系统,获取车辆运行状态数据和区域交通流运行状态数据;S3,构建多源异构数据集,并以此构建交通流特征分析模型;S4,分析影响区域内的交通运行特征和交通流的时空分布规律;S5,识别区域内的流量时空汇聚关键路径、拥堵瓶颈节点、信号控制优化策略;S6,制定施工区域交通组织策略;S7,通过物联网模块和北斗定位,实时上传至用户终端进行报警。通过加装北斗定位和物联网模块,实现端到端的全自动化信息精准推送,提示用户通过施工区域减速慢行或绕行,减少施工区域通行车辆数量,降低事故发生概率,保障道路作业人员安全。
