According to the dynamic load analysis method for the multi-axis rotating equipment installed on the airplane, the multi-axis rotating equipment comprises a rotating part A and a rotating part B, the rotating part A is rotationally connected with an airplane structure, and the rotating part B is rotationally connected with the rotating part A. A kinematic model of the multi-axis rotating equipment is established; describing a motion rule of the multi-axis rotating equipment along with time change under a machine body reference coordinate system; establishing a mass model for describing each rotating part under a body reference coordinate system, and describing block mass characteristics of each mass block of each rotating part under the body reference coordinate system, a mass center model of each mass block and a rule of moment of inertia of each mass block changing along with time; according to the principle of theoretical mechanics, the additional dynamic load of each rotating component in a fuselage reference coordinate system is calculated by considering the motion parameters and the quality characteristics of the multi-axis rotating equipment at fuselage mounting points, and the time-varying load and the dynamic response parameter of each rotating component can be calculated in the air gust flight environment when the elastic response of the fuselage is considered.

    一种飞机上安装的多轴旋转设备动载荷分析方法,所述的多轴旋转设备,包含转动部件A和转动部件B,转动部件A与飞机结构转动连接,转动部件B与部件A转动连接,建立多轴旋转设备的运动学模型,在机体参考坐标系下描述多轴旋转设备随时间变化的运动规律;建立在机体参考坐标系下描述各转动部件的质量模型,在机体参考坐标系下描述各转动部件的各质量分块的分块质量特性、各质量分块的质心模型、各质量分块的转动惯量随时间变化的规律;依据理论力学原理,考虑多轴旋转设备在机身安装点处的运动参数和质量特性,计算得到机体参考坐标系中各转动部件的附加动载荷,可实现考虑机身弹性响应时,在空中突风飞行环境下计算得到各转动部件的时变载荷和动响应参数。
