The invention relates to a ship mooring hole tension testing device and method. The ship mooring hole tension testing device comprises a door-shaped frame, a base, a traction device and a dynamometer. The base is mounted at the bottom of the door-shaped frame and forms an open test area corresponding to the lower part of the door-shaped frame, the traction device and the dynamometer are mounted below the door-shaped frame, and the dynamometer is used for measuring the traction force value of the traction device; the outer side of the base is also provided with a liftable roller; the liftable roller comprises at least two stations which extend downwards relative to the base or retract to the position above the lower end face of the base relative to the base. During testing, the liftable roller is adjusted to extend downwards relative to the base, so that the base is separated from the deck surface and moves to the mooring hole position to be tested, and the liftable roller is adjusted to retract until the base falls on the deck; and pulling the mooring hole until the reading of the tension meter reaches the test condition tension, and then detecting whether the mooring meets the requirement or not. The problem that crane resources need to be occupied when the portal frame moves in the existing mooring hole tension testing process is solved, and operation is convenient and fast.
本发明涉及一种船舶系留穴拉力测试装置及方法,包括门型架、底座、牵引装置、测力计;底座安装在门型架的底部并对应门型架下方形成开口的测试区域,牵引装置和测力计安装在门型架下方,测力计用以测量牵引装置的牵引力数值;底座的外侧还设有可升降滚轮;可升降滚轮包括至少两个工位:相对底座向下伸出或相对底座收缩至底座下端面上方。测试时调节可升降滚轮相对底座向下伸出,使得底座脱离甲板面移动至待测试的系留穴位置,调节可升降滚轮使得可升降滚轮收缩至底座落在甲板上;牵引系留穴至拉力计读数至测试条件拉力再检测系留是否符合要求。本发明解决了现有的系留穴拉力测试过程中门型架移动需要占据吊车资源的问题,操作方便快捷。
