The invention discloses an installation and construction method of a super-large-span heavy steel corridor, which can safely install the super-large-span heavy steel corridor at a preset position of a tower building and improve the safety and the construction efficiency of high-altitude construction of the super-large-span heavy steel corridor. The method comprises the following steps that a steel truss is assembled on a top floor, where a corridor is installed, of the bottom of a tower, after assembly is completed, the steel truss is hoisted to the preset position of the tower to be installed, after the steel truss is installed, the in-place installation condition is checked, and displacement and stress detection is conducted on the steel truss; a protective barrier and an overhanging protective net are arranged around the steel truss; a first layer of frame is assembled on the top of the steel truss, and displacement and stress monitoring is conducted after assembling is completed; a second-layer frame and a third-layer frame are assembled on the top of the first-layer frame, and displacement and stress monitoring is carried out after the third-layer frame is assembled; the frame assembling process is repeated until assembling is completed; and the top of the connecting column and the bottom of the first section of stand column are welded, floor concrete is poured into the ultra-large-span heavy steel corridor from top to bottom, and displacement and stress monitoring is conducted every time a floor is poured.
本发明公开了一种超大跨度重型钢连廊的安装施工方法,能够将超大跨度重型钢连廊安全地安装在塔楼的预设位置处,提高超大跨度重型钢连廊高空施工的安全性和施工效率;该方法包括以下步骤:在塔楼底部已安装连廊的顶部楼板上拼装钢桁架,拼装完成后,吊装至塔楼预设位置处安装,钢桁架安装完成后,检查安装到位情况,对其进行位移、应力检测;在钢桁架周围设置防护栏杆和悬挑防护网;在钢桁架顶部拼装第一层框架,拼装完成,进行位移、应力监测;在第一层框架顶部拼装第二层和第三层框架,第三层框架拼装完成后,进行位移、应力监测;重复前述的框架拼装过程直至拼装完成;将连接柱顶部与第一段立柱底部焊接以及对超大跨度重型钢连廊从上至下浇筑楼层混凝土,每浇筑一层,进行位移和应力监测。
