The severe sea condition high-pile wharf construction device comprises two rows of temporary pile foundations located on the two sides of wharf pile foundations correspondingly, walking supporting structures are arranged on the tops of the two rows of temporary pile foundations correspondingly, and a rubber-tyred gantry crane is arranged on the two walking supporting structures; the method is used for mounting pile foundations, in-pile reinforcement cages, prefabricated pile cores, prefabricated pile caps, prefabricated beams and prefabricated slabs. Through the temporary supporting system and the gantry crane, integrated operation of pile foundation construction, beam and slab hoisting and cast-in-place construction of the high-pile wharf is achieved, the influence of stormy waves on site construction operation is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the engineering cost is reduced, the idea of mechanical and factory construction is used for reference, and the construction efficiency is improved. Whole-process and whole-component hoisting of the wharf is achieved through the gantry crane, in addition, through covering of the rain shelter, the influence of heavy rainfall wind on construction operation is avoided, and the field construction efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种恶劣海况高桩码头施工装置及其方法,包括两排分别位于码头桩基两侧的临时桩基,两排临时桩基的顶部均设置有行走支撑结构,两个行走支撑结构上设置有轮胎式龙门吊,用于桩基、桩内钢筋笼、预制桩芯桩帽、预制梁和预制板的安装。通过临时支撑体系和龙门吊,实现了高桩码头从桩基施工、梁板吊运和现浇施工的一体化作业,减少了风浪对现场施工作业的影响,提高了施工效率,降低了工程成本,借鉴机械化和工厂化施工的理念,通过龙门吊实现码头全流程全构件的吊装,另外通过遮雨棚的覆盖,规避了降雨的大风对施工作业的影响,大幅提高了现场施工效率。
