The invention relates to the technical field of automatic clamps, and discloses an automatic clamp control method for hoisting a hot-rolled high-temperature steel coil, which cancels the mode of hydraulically driving a clamp, and uses a motor to translate and drive the clamp to open and clamp; counter weight balance is added to two sides of the clamp; mechanical limiting of an edge protection plate is omitted, and high-temperature-resistant photoelectric limiting is adopted; an action connecting rod is additionally arranged, a load limiting position is changed to a clamp leg, and high-temperature-resistant mechanical limiting is adopted; the clamp leg centering photoelectric limit adopts an upper high-temperature-resistant photoelectric limit and a lower high-temperature-resistant photoelectric limit, and a deep hole is adopted for installation; the automatic control system is high in automation degree, the problem that an unmanned crane clamp is not resistant to high temperature is solved, manual intervention is not needed in the whole process, an unmanned crane can be maturely applied to a hot grocery warehouse, and the high-temperature working condition is met by improving the cold rolling unmanned clamp; the full-automatic unmanned travelling crane can be maturely applied to a hot rolled steel coil warehouse and has extremely high popularization value.

    本发明涉及自动夹钳技术领域,且公开了一种吊运热轧高温钢卷的自动夹钳控制方法,取消液压驱动夹钳的方式,改用电动机平移驱动夹钳打开及夹紧;夹钳两侧尽增加配重平衡;取消边部护板机械限位,改用耐高温光电式限位;增设动作连杆,更载荷限位位置至钳腿,采用耐高温机械限位;钳腿对中光电限位采用上下两个耐高温光电式限位,并在安装上采用深孔;本发明自动化程度高,本发明解决了无人化行车夹钳不耐高温的问题,全程无需人工介入干预,使得无人化行车在热杂货仓库可以成熟应用,通过改良冷轧无人化夹钳,以满足高温工况,使用本发明后,全自无人化行车可以在热轧钢卷库进行成熟应用本发明具有极高的推广价值。
