The invention discloses a spatial position adjusting system for cable hoisting of a curved steel box girder bridge. The technical problem that in the prior art, accurate position adjusting cannot be achieved when hoisting construction is conducted on the curved steel box girder bridge in mountainous and canyon terrains is solved. Comprising a crown block system and a control unit which are connected with each other, a truss carrying pole beam hoisted on the crown block system, and an electric rail car and an electric winch which are installed on the truss carrying pole beam in a sliding mode and connected with the control unit. The electric rail car is connected with one side of the curved steel box girder bridge through a steel wire rope A. The electric winch is connected with the other side of the curved steel box girder bridge through a steel wire rope B. The device is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design and convenient to use, can realize accurate adjustment and control of spatial postures of transverse and vertical inclination during hoisting of the curved steel box girder bridge, improves time consumption and low efficiency of manual position adjustment, and ensures high-precision hoisting construction of the curved steel box girder bridge.

    本发明公开了一种曲线钢箱梁桥缆索吊装时的空间调位系统,解决现有技术在山区峡谷地形对曲线钢箱梁桥吊装施工时无法精准调位的技术问题。包括相互连接的天车系统和控制单元,吊装于天车系统上的桁架扁担梁,以及滑动安装于桁架扁担梁上并且分别与控制单元相连接的电动轨道车和电动卷扬机;电动轨道车通过钢丝绳A与曲线钢箱梁桥一侧相连接,电动卷扬机通过钢丝绳B与曲线钢箱梁桥另一侧相连接。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,使用方便,可实现曲线钢箱梁桥吊装时横向及上下倾斜度的空间姿态精确调整控制,改善人工调位的耗时、低效性,保证曲线钢箱梁桥高精度吊装施工。
