The invention relates to an assembling process for an upper trolley frame and a lower trolley frame of a rail-mounted gantry crane. The trolley frame is divided into an upper main frame and a lower rotary trolley frame; the upper main frame and the lower rotary trolley frame are fixed through a rotary support; the installation effect of the slewing bearing is guaranteed by controlling the installation mode and the installation precision of the slewing bearing on the lower slewing trolley frame; then, the assembling mode and the assembling precision between the upper main frame and the lower rotary frame are controlled, and the overall assembling effect and the assembling efficiency are guaranteed; by adopting the mode that the slewing bearing is firstly installed inside, and then the upper main frame and the lower slewing trolley frame are spliced outside, the assembly efficiency and the assembly accuracy of the rail-mounted gantry crane are greatly improved.
