The device comprises a protection box, a folding assembly arranged in the protection box in a penetrating manner, a pushing assembly movably arranged in the protection box in a penetrating manner, a group of moving and rotating assemblies fixedly arranged in the protection box in a penetrating manner, a clamping assembly fixedly connected with the moving and rotating assemblies, and a moving assembly connected with the moving and rotating assemblies in a clamping manner. The protection box has the beneficial effects that the clamping assembly can be protected and stored when the protection box is idle, and meanwhile, the clamping assembly is horizontally arranged in the protection box, so that the section of the protection box can be further reduced, and convenience is brought to storage; when the device is used, the first air cylinder is started to rotate the clamping assembly to the outside of the protection box, the rotor is clamped through the clamping assembly, and in the moving process of the clamping assembly, contraction of the protection box is synchronously achieved, so that the size of the device is reduced, and clamping of the rotor by the clamping assembly is facilitated.

    本发明涉及汽轮机转子检修技术领域,特别是一种汽轮机转子检修用起吊装置及其调度方法,其包括保护箱、贯穿设置于保护箱的折叠组件、活动穿设于保护箱的推动组件、固定穿设于保护箱的一组移动转动组件、与移动转动组件固定连接的夹持组件,以及与移动转动组件卡合连接的移动组件。本发明的有益效果为本发明通过能够在闲置时能对夹持组件进行保护收纳,同时夹持组件在保护箱内部为水平设置,进一步可以减少保护箱的截面大小便于存放;在使用时,通过启动第一气缸将夹持组件转动至保护箱外部,并通过夹持组件实现对转子夹持,并且在夹持组件移动过程中,同步实现对保护箱的收缩,减少本装置的体积,便于夹持组件对转子的夹持。
