The invention provides a supporting structure for high-altitude propellant filling of a spacecraft. The supporting structure comprises a base, a stand column, a cross beam and an adapter block. One end of the stand column is detachably arranged on the base, one end of the cross beam is detachably arranged at the end, away from the base, of the stand column, and the adapter block is arranged at the end, away from the stand column, of the cross beam. The stand column and the cross beam are used for fixing and supporting a filling pipeline and a vacuumizing pipeline, and the adapter block is used for fixing the filling pipeline and the input end of the vacuumizing pipeline. The filling supporting structure has the advantages of being simple, convenient, safe, efficient, low in cost, high in adaptability and the like, the safety problem of high-altitude propellant filling of the spacecraft is effectively solved, and the vacuumizing efficiency of the spacecraft is effectively improved.
