The invention discloses an inserting and separating device which comprises a driving end and a driven end, the driving end comprises a driving end pipe nozzle, a spring, a driving end valve element assembly and a driving end shell, and the driven end comprises a driven end valve seat, a pressing cover, a driven end valve element assembly, a spring, a driven end shell and a sealing ring. In the separated state, the driving end valve element assembly is attached to the driving end shell under the action of the elastic piece, and the driven end valve seat is attached to the butt joint part under the action of the elastic piece; in the inserted connection state, the driving end valve element assembly is separated from the driving end shell, the driven end valve seat is separated from the butt joint part, a flow channel is formed through internal communication, and butt joint matching between the driving end and the driven end is achieved through a spherical pair. The driving end and the driven end are respectively sealed in a separated state, a passage flow channel is formed in an inserted connection state, axes of assemblies at the two ends are allowed to be not coaxial in the inserted connection and separation process, redundant loads do not need to be applied when the device is separated, and the device has the advantages of being good in sealing performance, small in separation leakage amount and the like.

    本发明公开了一种插接分离装置,包括主动端与被动端,主动端包括主动端管嘴、弹簧、主动端阀芯组件、主动端壳体,被动端包括被动端阀座、压紧盖、被动端阀芯组件、弹簧、被动端壳体、密封圈;处于分离状态时,主动端阀芯组件在弹性件的作用下与主动端壳体贴合,被动端阀座在弹性件的作用下与对接部贴合;处于插接状态时,主动端阀芯组件与主动端壳体脱离,被动端阀座与对接部脱离,内部连通形成流道,主动端与被动端之间的对接配合均采用球面副。本发明中主动端与被动端在分离状态下各自密封,在插接状态形成通路流道,且允许插接与分离过程两端组件轴线不同轴,该装置分离时无需施加多余载荷,具有密封性好、分离泄漏量少等优点。
