The invention provides a spacecraft propellant safety management device adapting to temperature alternation and a using method, and relates to the field of propellant on-orbit safety management devices.The spacecraft propellant safety management device comprises a metal diaphragm storage box, a compensation diaphragm box, a gas path pipeline and a liquid path pipeline, and a gas path of the metal diaphragm storage box communicates with a gas path of the compensation diaphragm box through the gas path pipeline; the liquid path pipeline is communicated with the liquid path of the metal diaphragm storage tank and the liquid path of the compensation diaphragm box; the metal diaphragm storage box carries a propellant, and the compensation diaphragm box is used for compensating the volume change of the propellant caused by temperature change. The large-volume metal diaphragm storage box and the small-volume compensation diaphragm box are combined, propellant volume change caused by in-orbit temperature alternation of the metal diaphragm storage box is compensated by the compensation diaphragm box, it is guaranteed that the position of the metal diaphragm is kept still in the in-orbit operation period of the aircraft, and the working reliability and safety of the metal diaphragm storage box are improved.

    本发明提供了一种涉及推进剂在轨安全管理装置领域的适应温度交变的空间飞行器推进剂安全管理装置及使用方法,包括金属膜片贮箱、补偿膜盒、气路管路以及液路管路,金属膜片贮箱的气路和补偿膜盒的气路通过气路管路连通,液路管路连通金属膜片贮箱的液路和补偿膜盒的液路;金属膜片贮箱承载推进剂,补偿膜盒用于补偿推进剂因为温度变化而带来的体积变化。本发明采用大容积金属膜片贮箱与小容积补偿膜盒进行组合,金属膜片贮箱在轨温度交变导致的推进剂体积变化由补偿膜盒补偿,保证了金属膜片的位置在飞行器在轨运行期间保持不动,提高了金属膜片贮箱的工作可靠性和安全性。
