本发明公开了一种飞机拦阻综合模拟试验系统,包括滑车机构、驱动机构、阻尼机构和测量机构等。滑车机构利用第一滑块沿着轨道滑动来模拟各种机型的重量、着陆速度等飞机相关参数;驱动机构利用压缩空气驱动第二滑块沿管道以预定速度运动,撞击第一滑块,实现对第一滑块的快速加速;阻尼机构利用永磁铁块和阻尼轨道提供阻力在预定的拦阻距离上实现第一滑块减速;测量机构用于测量拦阻钢索在拦阻过程中的张力大小。本发明可模拟不同机型及不同着陆速度的飞机拦阻过程,具有便捷实用、安全可靠、试验周期短、节约试验成本等优点,同时也为研究拦阻钢索的损伤累积诱致破坏机理和寿命预测打下坚实实验基础。

    The invention discloses a comprehensive simulation test system for aircraft arresting. The comprehensive simulation test system comprises a pulley mechanism, a driving mechanism, a damping mechanism, a measuring mechanism and the like. The tackle mechanism simulates airplane related parameters such as weights and landing speeds of various airplane types by using a first slide block to slide along a track; the driving mechanism drives the second sliding block to move along the pipeline at a preset speed through compressed air to impact the first sliding block, and rapid acceleration of the first sliding block is achieved. The damping mechanism utilizes a permanent magnet block and a damping track to provide resistance to realize deceleration of a first sliding block in a preset blocking distance; the measuring mechanism is used for measuring the tension of the arresting steel cable in the arresting process. The device can simulate the arresting process of aircrafts of different types and different landing speeds, has the advantages of being convenient, practical, safe, reliable, short in test period, capable of saving test cost and the like, and lays a solid experiment foundation for studying the damage accumulation induced damage mechanism of the arresting steel cable and predicting the service life.
