The universal deflection unit is concentrically and rotatably arranged in the outer ring, one end of the screw rod penetrates through the universal deflection unit and is connected with the screw rod driving unit, and the other end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with one end of the force sensor; the end part of the other end of the force sensor is rotationally connected with the steering column switching unit; the steering column switching unit is fixed at the end part of the steering column; the screw driving unit drives the screw to move linearly; and when the end part of the control rod moves up and down or left and right, the universal deflection unit enables the screw rod to realize follow-up movement. The curvilinear motion of the steering column after the combination of the control system can be realized.

    本发明涉及一种直升机飞行操纵系统功能试验装置及加载方法。包括驾驶杆转接单元、力传感器、螺杆、螺杆驱动单元、底座、外环、万向偏转单元;所述底座的底端通过螺栓固定于驾驶舱地板上,所述外环通过螺栓固定于所述底座的顶端;所述万向偏转单元同心转动设置于所述外环内,所述螺杆的其中一端穿过所述万向偏转单元,并与所述螺杆驱动单元相连,其另一端端部与所述力传感器的其中一端端部固定连接,所述力传感器的另一端端部与所述驾驶杆转接单元转动连接;所述驾驶杆转接单元固定于驾驶杆端部;所述螺杆驱动单元驱动所述螺杆直线运动;当驾驶杆端部进行上下或左右动作时,所述万向偏转单元使所述螺杆实现随动。能够实现对操纵系统复合后的驾驶杆的曲线运动。
